How to Answer Behavioural Questions

In consulting interviews, when you are asked a behavioural interview question, you will typically want to include five things in your answer:

  1. A specific situation;
  2. The goal you set for yourself or obstacle you faced;
  3. The action you took;
  4. The outcome achieved; and
  5. What you learned from the experience.
